Wedata selects resources for an important italian company specialized in digital consultancy and strategy with full outsourcing solutions for online sales. For the expansion of the customer service and customer care department, we are looking for an INBOUND CALL CENTER employee with an excellent knowledge of at least two of the following languages: Italian, English, French, German, Spanish. The workplace is in Tirana with possibilities of short trips to Italy.


Activities:

  • Support and satisfy customers' needs in the pre and post sales phases;
  • record customer satisfaction to improve the quality of the service offered;
  • analyze and monitor orders;
  • take advantage of cross selling and up selling opportunities;
  • manage communication flows with the customer regarding information on orders and their progress.


Requirements:

  • excellent knowledge of at least two of the following languages: Italian, English, Spanish, French, German.
  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
  • excellent negotiation and problem solving skills;
  • ability to meet deadlines;
  • daytime flexibility.
