Financial Control Manager
The Financial Control Manager's primary responsibility is to provide timely reporting on the financial performance, underlining the inconsistences against budget and assure on the accuracy of accounting records.

Financial Control Manager
The Financial Control Manager's primary responsibility is to provide timely reporting on the financial performance, underlining the inconsistences against budget and assure on the accuracy of accounting records.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize the staff and duties;
- Maintain a system of controls over accounting transactions;
- Manage the controls and respective reporting on Revenues, discounts, Investments, Marketing activities, Sales force bonusses, Production Maintenance, Raw Materials consumption and wastages;
- Collaborate with head of departments for the BP preparation (short & medium term);
- Prepare the FS monthly budgets based on annual approved budget;
- Prepare timely monthly FS for Group reporting purpose, as well as annual FS and related notes in compliance with IFRS;
- Provide all necessary assistance for the external audit.
- Excellent knowledge of IAS, IFRS and local fiscal legislation;
- MA in Accounting / Finance;
- At least 5 years of related professional experience (preferably in auditing and ideally in FMCG);
- Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.
- High level of initiative, critical thinking, problem solving skills, together with strong analytical and control orientation;
- Strong communication, interpersonal, presentation and organization skills;
- Excellent knowledge of English and/or Italian;
- PC literate (excellent MS Office packages, advanced excel).
