Job Overview
Environmental Monitoring Center shpk (Qendra e Monitorimit te Mjedisit Shpk) are searching for high-energy Sales account executives to join our sales team.
You will communicate directly with clients and prospects, understand their individual needs, recognize opportunities and turn leads into long-lasting partnerships.
Responsibilities
  • establish relationships with new customers (referrals, networking, Cold Calling, etc)
  • maintain and grow relationships with existing customers (office visits, meetings, check-up calls, follow-up email etc
  • identify and respond to client needs
  • keep a high level of knowledge about existing products and services, and learn about new products and services as they come in
  • follow up on customer orders as necessary
  • anticipate the needs of clients and address them accordingly
  • Act as the point of contact for clients
Must Have
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Analytical and time-management skills
  • University degree preferable in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant field
  • Driving License
  • A very Good command of written and spoken English
  • Advanced knowledge level of CRM Software, MS Office Excel, Word, PowerPoint
