Voice Circuit Core Expert

Purpose of Position

Responsible for operation and troubleshooting by taking proactive actions to isolate/ minimize the faulty equipment/errors for Provisioning, U2000, VAS and Mediation platforms.

Main Task

  • Check on daily basis the alarms and make follow up for all nodes under responsibility;
  • Perform system trace, analyze and troubleshoot the flow of commands in Provisioning, and ensure no error to command executions;
  • Follow the KPI of network on daily basis and check their impact on the live traffic. Take proactive actions and remedies to keep the values within given SLA;"
  • Follow closely related issues to Provisioning, U2000, VAS , and CS nodes such MSC, HLR, HSS, STP and MGW.
  • Act as a contact point for other departments request for such as Marketing and Billing. Offer solution to new product setup, optimization of flow for existing ones and exploit new features and services of current network;
  • Follow the Installation, Commissioning and Acceptance Test for new node introduction into the topology;

Skills

  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft OS and Office Package;
  • Very good knowledge English knowledge (both written and spoken);
  • Team Work, Positive Attitude, Solution oriented, and Effective communication skills, Self-motivated.

  • Very good knowledge of Telecommunication from Core Network Profile. Good skills in Linux, Unix and Application software administration.
  • Very good analytical and communication skills (written and verbal);
  • Good knowledge for VAS, NMS, Provisioning and Mediation systems.
  • Good knowledge of server setup and troubleshooting;

Experience

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in Mobile Telecommunication company;

Education


  • University Degree in Electronics/Telecommunication;
