We are looking for a Senior English Broker for our Tbilisi office
Purpose of the role
The candidate must have previous experience in sales and portfolio managing. It is expected to be an asset to a better growth of our company.
Who are you?
§ You are a sales person
§ You have at least 2 years of experience as a Retention
§ Ability to identify and solve clients needs
§ Excellent knowledge of english language - spoken and written
§ Knowledge of computer systems
§ Great communication and language skills
§ Excellent knowledge of sales techniques
§Great knowledge of market tools (Exchanges/information sites/signals etc)
§ Proven results(Previous job results)
§ Target-focused type of guy
§ You are ready to relocate as soon as possible
What will you do?
§ First month will be considered as a trail period- for you and us with around 20 clients.
§ After first month you will be able to manage a portfolio with at least 30-40 clients
§ You will be given target and bonuses
