Collaborating with the head quarterthis role requires the post holder to assist and support the GDPR-Data Protection Department in:
- Supporting the Training on Data Protection process (set-up of the slides, management of the training session, trainee tracking review and update)
- Drafting and review of the GDPR/Data protection Policies and SOPs;
- Providing efficient administrative support;
- Reviewing and drafting of legal documentation and correspondence from a GDPR point of view;
- Researching data protection applicable laws and updates.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Education: Law degree
- Language knowledge: Very good knowledge of English and Italian
- IT knowledge: Microsoft Office Package (Excel, Word, Power Point and Access)
- Years of experience in role: Ideally previous experience in a privacy law firm or in a pharmaceutical company (preferable at least 2 years of experience).
- Areas experience required: Working knowledge of GDPR/Data Protection requirements and related company training initiatives strongly preferred
