MARKET RESEARCH & MARKETING CONSULTANT
IF YOU...
➢ Are fluent (written and spoken) in English and Albanian
➢ Have a University degree in Economics or relevant degree
➢ Have previous experience from a similar position – preferred (not necessarily in real estate)
➢ Are proficient in Microsoft Office
➢ Have excellent follow through, organizational skills and attention to detail
➢ Have strong communication skills, energetic, people to people person and work well with people from differentbackgrounds
➢ Have a keen eye for marketing and design materials
➢ Are self-motivated, enthusiastic and a fast learner in a fast-growing industry of commercial real estate
➢ Able to prioritize deadlines, multitask and work under minimal direct supervision, but remain responsible andaccountable for your work and results

➢ Supporting the Valuation and Market Analysis business line
➢ Marketing support in the form of coordinating the production of corporate marketing materials as well as preparing pressreleases and managing the website.
