We are inviting ambitious professionals to apply for the position of Branch Manager for Shkodër Area (Shkoder 1, Shkoder 2, Lezhe, Lac, Mamurras)

Outcomes√ Ensure branch target monthly achievements.
√ Continuous improvement of the knowledge and capacities of the staff under supervision by achieving monthly performance indicators.
√ Customer service in the branches under supervision is performed according to the service standards respecting all procedures and processes.
Tasks√ Supervise the branch staff and operations.
√ Ensure adequate day to day application of credit processes and policies.
√ Assess and build customer service quality in branch, through staff coaching, training and standard daily internal controls.
√ Organize the customer service area and staff to ensure productivity and efficiency.
√ Oversee overall cash desks and application of cash management processes.
√ Ensure that company loan products are easily understood and transparent service is provided to its customers.
√ Build and maintain local partner relationship that bring value to the business and increased number of clientele.
Main requirements√ University diploma.
√ Proficiency in English language.
√ Proven track record of seniority position of at least 2 years.
√ Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
√ High level of numeracy and attention to details.
√ Complete proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
including Outlook and Excel.
√ Excellent time management skills and ability to
multi-task and prioritize work.
