Kredo Finance is a Financial Institution providing a scope of financial services, including payday and consumer loans operating in emerging markets. Based on the proven experience in the industry and head office in Tirana the company aims to offer consumer finance and microfinance services to private individuals with the most convenient borrowing process for the customer. MissionTo improve an organization’s market position and achieve financial growth. Define long-term organizational strategic goals, build key customer relationships, identify business opportunities, negotiate and close business deals and maintains extensive knowledge of current market conditions.
In cooperation with the internal MIS team, marketing staff, and other managers the candidate will help increase sales opportunities and thereby maximize revenue for the organization.
To develop the pipeline of new business coming into the company achieved through thorough knowledge of the market, the solutions/services the company can provide, and of the company’s competitors.
Outcomes to succeed:• Launch and Manage new products and sales possibilities to increase sales by the end of the year at least with 50% of sales coming from these activities
• Contribute to the increase of Revenue at source with at least 30% coming from these activities
• Increase market share by at least 20% by the end of the year
Description:The Director of Business Development will be a key person in identifying new business opportunities, create and implement new products, manage successfully the implementation and growth of current programs as well propose new ones that will contribute to the increase of the sales volume. The candidate is responsible for driving a company's business and increasing its revenue, identifying and developing new business opportunities and building and expanding the presence of the company and its brands
The Director of Business Development will work closely with the MIS unit, Marketing and PR Department, Sales and Customer Service Units and all responsible people involved in the process of increasing sales. Therefore, it is absolutely of importance for the candidate to have great empathy and people relationship skills. The candidate should be highly proactive and should love to take initiatives.
Strong communication skills are essential in this position to work well with upper management as well as other companies and third parties related.
Tasks:• Create and manage a successful partnership network
• Create and manage a successful third-party sales force
• Create and implement successfully new products and services
• Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
• Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
• Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
• Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
• Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.
• Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends.
• Present to and consult with mid and senior level management on business trends with a view to developing new services, products, and distribution channels.
• Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales.
• Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators.
• Analyse and data driven approach when managing and monitoring product and services performance
• Forecast sales targets and ensure they are met by the team.
• Work with marketing staff to ensure that prerequisites (like prequalification or getting on a vendor list) are fulfilled within a timely manner.
• Ensure all team members represent the company in the best light.
• Present business development training and mentoring to business developers and other internal staff.
• Understand the company’s goal and purpose to continue to enhance the company’s performance

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field.
