Specialist at Credit Risks Department (Workout Unit)

Tasks


  • Evaluates customer records and recommends payment plans based on earnings, savings data, payments history, and purchase activity;
  • Analyzes loan restructuring requests and presents to the superior;
  • Ensures that loan conditions comply with Bank Regulations;
  • Reviews individual or commercial files to identify and select delinquent accounts for collection;
  • Prepares the department proposals for the Credit Committee;
  • Monitors the payments and the situation of customers in delay;
  • Follows up periodically and instructs the branches for corrective actions on loan quality.

Requirements


  • Provisions required as per bank regulation;
  • Minimum 1.5 year experience in banking;
  • University degree, relevant faculties;
  • Good knowledge of PC;
  • Excellent commands of English;
  • Planning and organization skills and ability to handle under pressure
