Credit Control Specialist


Purpose of Position

Handling of complaints about payment, to be followed at Credit Control through CRM, mail , from all touch points from customers or other departments. Analyze and prepare reports about customers' collection and receivables. Prepare and follow the Security Deposits and Refund processes.


Main Task
  • Reconcile and prepare all mobile security deposits process and necessary documentations/reports for the related parties. Save the reports in the proper share folder;
  • Responsible for registration of internal payments such as deductions from salaries, report differences between invoice/debt and payment to HR and follow with other teams any necessary changes. Follow installments for accumulated debts if any. Record every report in share folder;
  • Responsible for Money Back process to the customer and preparation of official letters. Make sure that each case is accompanied with the proper documentation. Save reports in share folder and hard copies in the proper files;
  • Follow up all cases related to Corporate/SME/ Individual and Institution Customers reported by crm, mail or from other teams and solve them within due date. Save the reports in proper share folder;
  • Ensure that all changes of payment transactions applied in the system are justified with the proper documentations and save them electronically and in separate files as hard copy;
  • Provide collection reports for all payment channels and their commissions according to the respective templates after month end closing process;

Skills
  • Responsible, Hard Worker, Cooperative;
  • Very good communication skills;
  • Good knowledge of MS Office package;
  • Very good knowledge of English (both written and spoken);
  • Ability to work in a team and to motivate other team members and counterparts;


Experience

  • At least one year of prior job experience;

Education

  • University Degree in Finance Degree/Business Administration;
