BIA Advisory Services Shpk is seeking to hire Help Desk Customer Care Operators in travel sector for an important international company recently based in Tirana.

The foreseen tasks include but not limited the following activities
:
- He/she provide assistance to clients through a dedicated system and respond to every claim of clients;
- The help desk operator helps, suggests, and assists the customers on choosing a personalized travel package which the client has already booked;
- Upon request he / she should provide detailed and accurate travel package information starting from airlines, hotels, resorts, rental cars, tour guides etc.

Requirements
:
- Able to work independently and with minimal supervision and be able to handle and prioritize multiple tasks;
- Able to solve problems independently, pay close attention to detail and work with confidential information;
- Customer Service experience preferably in a customer service environment;
- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types;
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively;
- Excellent computer skills;
- Oriented towards meeting work deadlines and standards;
- Able to work independently or in team;
- Advanced knowledge of the Italian language and knowledge of a second language is an advantage;
- Availability to work 40 hours per week on rotary work from 09:00 – 22:00 Monday / Sunday, with flexible shifts.
