Chateau Linza Resort is seeking to hire a


RECEPTIONIST​


Main tasks and responsibilities of the position:

  • Answers telephone calls, takes messages, and provides general information; answers routine inquiries
  • Client’s Check/in & Check/out
  • Performs a variety of typing assignments, drafts basic correspondence, enters data, and prints letters, reports, and/or other materials
Requirements of the position:

  • Bachelor Degree is a must
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
  • Strong communication skills and ability to maintain confidential information and records
  • Strong PC skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office
