Job Position: Project Manager

Job Overview:
Rotte Albania as part of Rotte Group Europe, due to its growing business, offers an exciting opportunity for someone who aspires to work on a portfolio of dynamic brands with clients who are driven by innovation and quality. Reporting into a Managing Director you will be part of a fast paced management team. The focus of your role will be delivering best in class solutions for your client’s business problems. You will be required to understand their business, inside out; their needs and their market position.
Position responsibilities

• Builds a thorough understanding of their client’s business and how it operates within the market it exists in
• Develop trusting client relationships by efficiently meeting the clients day-to-day needs.
• Develops full knowledge of the Rotte Group offerings, mission and vision and becomes an advocate of company values and processes.
• Project management of all integrated work – leads the process, manages effective relationships across the company multi-disciplinary teams, manages client expectations and ensures work is delivered on budget and within deadline.
• Thinks strategically and is able to own tactical briefs as well as contribute to company briefs.
• Demonstrate an understanding of total communications planning and add value to the integration planning process
• Present and contribute confidently in client meetings.
• Work with the broader team to identify and pursue revenue opportunities.

What you will need:

• Recent experience working at a similar position or management.
• Experience managing clients in different industries and involving with multiple stakeholders
• Experience managing complicated projects and has developed an understanding of how company generate revenue and profit.
• Passionate about producing great work
• Proactive, enthusiastic and a real problem solver
• Exceptional interpersonal skills – manages relationships with integrity, honesty and positivity
• Good English communication skills

Measures of success
In three months, you would have:

• Familiarized yourself with Rotte Group, working practices and the key tools available to the company.
• Established a relationship with the key partners both internally and externally, including Clients and all other partners in business.
