Interconnection and Roaming Specialist/Senior Specialist

Purpose of Position

To manage roaming agreements with mobile operators from the negotiation to signing of the agreements and follow up the testing and commercial launch process; coordinate end to end roaming and messaging traffic procedures with third parties and internally and solve the disputes; follow up financial declaration of providers and solve any disputes arising.

Main Task

  • Manage Roaming agreements (drafting, negotiating, signing, test SIM cards exchange, etc.) and successful launch of service (testing and launch).
  • Roaming traffic (direct connections or via HUB), SMS/MMS IW / SMS,MMS HUB relations and providers management of invoicing process and disputes management (monthly reconciliations, invoicing confirmation, declaration, SAP data entrance, settlement of disputes, etc.).
  • Coordinate all the processes related to FCH, Roaming Partners and Finance;
  • Follow up the balance/payment status based on finance reporting in accordance with roaming agreement terms and solve the issues;
  • Wholesale Roaming Tariffs and documentation management (monthly tariffs update and maintenance, update folders & lists, maintain roaming documents, and provide information, etc.);
  • SIM cards management (management, internal & external auditing, update & coordinate SIM card issues);

Skills

  • Ability to work with targets and in tight deadlines; Well organized and good at multi-tasking;
  • Good knowledge of MS Office Package
  • Very good communication skills;
  • Responsible, Hard Worker, Cooperative, Result Oriented;
  • Fluent in spoken and written English;
  • Availability to work overtime when needed;

Experience

  • At least 1 year similar work experience.

Education

  • University Degree in Economics or related field;
