- Living in Tirana
- University Bachelor degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering
- Experience at working in decorational works or fit-out projects at work-site, minimum of 3 years
- Experience of work in groups and good skills of a leader.
- Prepairing and delivering reports fort he site construction on Daily basis and weekly reports.
- Collecting costs of projects, good analysis skills and able to follow all extra works and deliver extra costs of such works to Headquarter on time, by drawing diagrams and appointing extra works in paper.
- Knowledge in details of fitout decorational works (suspended ceiling, separation walls, paint works, ceramic application, automatic doors and glass facades) and general knowledge about mechanical and electrical works of merchindise stores.
- Compatible on working with teammates and result-oriented in tight Schedule.
- Good communication skills and able to travel outside of Tirana and Albania.
- Knowledge in AUTOCAD, MS Office tools
- Valid driver's license and active driver
- Be free to travel
- Fluent English of both written and spoken (preferably good command of Turkish)
