Eagle Mobile is looking for an energetic, high potential, self-motivated and high-integrity individual to join our team.

Billing and Collection Supervisor
Requirements of the position
- Bachelor degree in the Faculty of Economy, Business Administration or Finance
- At least three years of previous job experience in Finance or similar positions (Financial institution ,Banking Sector or Telecom is preferred)
- Significant customer service and on-line customer contact experience
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office package
- Ability to apply logical and critical thinking to resolve problems
- Strong numerical, written, and verbal communication skills
- Very good knowledge of English (written and spoken)
- Able to work in team
- Hard worker, able to work under pressure, eager to learn and adaptable
- Available to work in shifts and overtime when necessary
