Role Summary:
This position is focused on Information Technology Services.
The experienced sales professional will identify, develop and manage opportunities to provide IT outsourcing and solutions services within focused business sectors.
The role is eligible for an aggressive Sales Commission Plan designed to reward top achievers performance.
Responsibilities:

  • Serve a variety of markets by suggesting and delivering the right IT solutions to meet customer needs
  • Actively participate and develop new accounts, generate sales quotes, and handle customer inquiries to help service customers and grow business.
  • Develop sales strategies and unique value propositions and solutions for clients.
  • Develop and manage a sales pipeline of 3-4 X sales quota.
  • Make cold and warm calls to uncover opportunities in new markets.
  • Provide superior customer service by delivering products and services to meet or exceed customer expectations.
  • Build strong customer relationships, loyalty, and retention.
  • Actively engage CSP colleagues and resources regularly to provide a complete customer solution in order to capitalize on opportunities.
  • Work effectively with others in a team based environment to accomplish organizational goals and to identify and resolve problems.

Primary Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in selling complex IT integration and/or outsourcing services contracts in the Government, Banks, Industries, Telecoms and Retail segments
  • Recent experience selling into stated enterprise business sectors.
  • Experience selling complex outsourcing opportunities that include multiple integrated service towers focusing on value and business outcomes
  • Experience in building relationships with senior executives in companies.
  • Experience with the consultative sales approach in analyzing challenges of potential clients and conveying ROI and TCO concepts to CXO level management.
  • Comprehensive understanding of targeted industry business environments, issues and trends.

Additional Qualifications:

  • High comfort level proposing and building relationships with C-suite executives
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills & outstanding presentation skills
  • Significant experience in targeted account sales strategies
  • Demonstrated commitment to stay abreast of industry trends and technical advancements within the industry sectors and enterprise markets
  • Experience with Sales pipeline reporting, forecasting and CRM tools
  • Ability to travel extensively as required, primarily but not limited to the specified Albanian and Kosovo region
  • MBA or BS from a major university
