Job description:
- Contacting potential or existing customers in Albania to inform them about a product or offers.
- Asking questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
- Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed.
- Enter and update customer information in the database.
- Take and process orders in an accurate manner.
- Client relationship – answer to incoming solicitations from existing and potential clients via telephone, email and social media. Maintain a well informed and in control relationship with the client community.
- Follow-up on client requests for issues related to the products and communicate to the sales teams in relation to client requests.
- Help on event planning and organizing (a few times per year).
- Help on campaign report check-ups.
The ideal candidate:
- English language skills (written and verbal)
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with people at all levels
- Strong organizational skills
- Computer proficiency: MS Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint
- Self-driven with a proactive approach to work
- Action and results-oriented with a positive attitude
- Ability to focus on results and work under pressure despite the changing environment
