ACCOUNTING SPECIALIST
who will report to the Accounting and Treasury Director of the company.
Main tasks and responsibilities of the position:

- Follow up clients receivables especially for tax purposes
- Responsible for creating a database for overdue clients and follow up collection for tariffs due to the government
- Perform controls of agent transactions related to airline services
- Perform reconciliations of bank accounts designated for collections of tariffs and fees due to the government
- Responsible for preparing periodic reports (weekly status of designated bank account, aging reports of such tariffs and fees, passenger’s statistics etc.)
Requirements of the position:
- University Degree in Business Informatics or related field
- General knowledge of Albanian accounting systems and tax legislation
- At least two years of working experience in related job responsibilities such as reporting or analyzing data
- Familiar with financial software
- Very good knowledge of VBA for Microsoft Office package
- Fluent in English language
- Able to work effectively as part of a team
- Able to prepare quality reports, accurate and able to handle detailed work
- Able to prioritize work and meet deadlines
