Responsibilities

Strategy
  • Develop long-term business strategy, including marketing
  • Ensure the effective and timely implementation of strategic plans.
Business Development
  • Develop new channels for the market via existing contacts that you may have had in the construction industry before or by implementing a new proposed strategy.
Performance
  • Develop detailed short and long term plans with defined business targets based on contract volumes, revenues, profitability and consequent funding/investment.
  • apply for new businnes in the public and private sector. manage existing client base and develop new relationships with prospective clients.
  • investigate existing market and find new opprtunities in the construction industry.
  • Develop and implement strategies and marketing programs.
  • Establish and enforce a fee strategy for hire of construction equipment.
  • Develop a specific strategy for the maintinance in the most cost efective way of the construction equipment in possesion of the company .
The ideal candidates should have:

  • University Degree in Engineering, economics etc.
  • Minimum of five years of progressive experience in the construction industry ( preferabely in the big construction companies in the country)
  • Abilities in leadership, strategic planning, financial analyzes, negotiation.
