Profesionisti Recruitment Agency on behalf of our Client, is looking for a highly motivated, Human Resources Generalist. In this role, you will proactively administrate the HR policies, procedures, and processes in support of the changing needs of the company.

HR Responsibilities:

Recruiting and staffing logistics.
Employee orientation, development, and training.
Employees file maintenance and documentation. Process employee information and status updates in a timely manner in HRIS system as well as the leave tracking report.
Organizational and space planning.
Performance management and improvement systems.
Time keeping and benefits administration.
Other Duties as Assigned.

Job Requirements:
We are very interested in talking to candidates with the following qualifications:

A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related.
3 years’ experience in HR functions such as: Recruitment, training, compensation, employee relation, performance management, etc.
Ability to handle projects with multiple departments regarding a wide variety of HR topics.
Maintain a high level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
Excellent organizational skills.
Proficient in MS Office and HRS systems is a plus.
Must be fluent in English.
