Managed Services Team Leader

Purpose of position:
Involved in planning, coordinating, managing and directing the Application Management & Managed Services activities. Supervising and evaluating the work of Application Management & Managed Services, relationship with customers and respective infrastructure. Coordinating the implementation and installation of applications and managed services as per request. Allocating the proper resources to meet technology requirements, and is delegating related tasks to subordinates in efficient and successful manner.

Duties

  • Coordinate the maintenance and administration of the Application and Managed Services;
  • Supervise operations and related technical personnel of Application Management & Managed Services team;
  • Monitoring corporate Application and Managed Services and health;
  • Coordinate daily team's operations;
  • Developing of new IT services for external customers as per their requests, while retaining a close relation with the offerings defined by other ALBtelecom's business units;
  • Testing, developing and updating with the latest application platforms;
  • Keep in contact with customers regarding their services;
  • Responsible for Supervision and Normal Working Conditions of Two Managed Services Data Centers;
  • Provide training to business units of ALBtelecom related to Managed Services offerings;
  • Supervising the ongoing work of the Application Management & Managed Services team;
  • Collaboration with other unit of departments for achieving a high level performance on completion of customer requirements;
  • Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential;
  • Work with the sales team to assist them in identifying potential customers;
  • Collaborate with Marketing team to identify new possibilitites to offer a broader range of services to new and existing customers;




Skills

  • Knowledge in Microsoft Platform, Active Directory Exchange Platforms, Share Point, SCOR, SCCM, SCOM. Knowledge on PowerShell scripting.
  • Very good analytical and communication skills(verbal and written).Capable of multi-tasking, good time management and prioritization of workload;
  • Excellent analytical and strategic skills.
  • Very good knowledge of English Language.
  • Able to collate and interpret data from various sources;
  • Willing to work under pressure.
  • Availability to work overtime when needed;

Experience

  • At least 5 years of experience in previous similar positions;

Education

  • University Degree in Telecommunication, Computer science or related fields;
