Akinlab is a fast growing Medical Laboratory in Tirana. Akinlab is seeking a Receptionist who is also an Economist. Receptionist will be responsible for:

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome patients and answer or refer their inquiries. Manage daily communication with other laboratories.
  • Maintain patient records.
  • Keep record of revenue by collecting patient charges and invoicing other laboratories.
  • Keep record of Akinlab’s financial accounts.
  • Maintain laboratory inventory and equipment by checking stock to determine inventory level. Prepare monthly order list.
  • Report the revenue in detail to management team weekly and monthly.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Economics
  • Fluency in English
  • 5 years of experience in a similar field
