Akinlab is a fast growing Medical Laboratory and the distributor of Medical Devices in Tirana. Akinlab is seeking technical support professionals who are experienced with Medical Devices and Equipment.

As a dedicated Technical Support Specialist you will be responsible for:

  • Build, control and manage a portfolio of Medical Devices and the supplies.
  • Provide technical support to clients by regularly visiting them at their premises
  • Place orders for supplies, spare parts etc for clients
  • Support commercial team when planning and executing marketing activities

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
  • 5 Years of experience in a similar field
  • Fluency in English
  • Knowledge of medical device regulations
  • Awareness of certification business processes and quality management standards
