EPPC Albania on behalf of its client one of the largest and consolidated company in Albania and region, is currently recruiting a Marketing, PR and Communication Director.
The main responsibilities:
• Develop a marketing communications plan including strategy, goals, budget and tactics;
• Manage day-to-day relationships across multiple media agencies to deliver approved KPIs within agreed budget;
• Applying the media relations strategy as planned and approved by the Group;
• Coordinate marketing campaigns with sales activities;
• Manage the corporate branding;
• Responsible for brand management company identity and image;
• Implement PR action plans as per approved PR Strategy by the Group;
• Organize events including press conferences, exhibitions, open days and press tours for company needs;
• Manage social media channels for targeted campaigns;
• Gather customer feedback from online and traditional promotional channels to inform sales and product teams;
• Develop internal branded materials as needed based on Group Guidelines: Company Brochure, Website Content, Blog, Photo Gallery with updated photos etc.;
• Support in communicating internally at the company level Group messages and campaign traits and results;
• Ensures effective delegation of its tasks each time, as required, to his direct subordinates.
Requirements for this position:
• Bachelor degree (MBA preferred);
• Previous experience in similar management positions;
• Excellent teamwork, communication/presentation skills;
• Excellent English;
• Honesty and integrity;
• Creative thinking and strong analytical skills.
