Albaglobal is looking for a Desktop Publisher

Qualifications:


  • University Degree
  • At least 2 years of experience in Desktop Publishing
  • Very good knowledge of English
Duties:


  • Completes assigned formatting and/or typesetting projects in an efficient, accurate, and timely manner
  • Typesets documents of varying complexity into appropriate programs (e.g., Finereader, Infix, In-design etc.), making sure that the original design and layout is maintained as near as possible.
  • Troubleshoots and problem-solves document or file issues such as fonts, artwork or other depictions, graphs, tables, etc., and determine best course of action
  • May coordinate the completion of large and/or complex client projects.
  • Maintains accurate and up-to-date client files, databases, archives, or records as needed.
  • Provides training and support to other department members as needed. Completes special project as requested.
