Position Title: Administrative & Logistics Coordinator for Pre-Service Training (PST)
[h=1]Period of Performance: 18 November 2019 - 07 April 2020[/h]Location of Job: Lezha and Environs

Responsibilities:
Under the supervision of the Training Manager, the Administrative and Logistics Coordinator for PST provides overall logistics coordination and administrative support for training events. Works closely with the Training Manager and the Administrative Unit to insure smooth operations within the framework of Peace Corps regulations and procedures. Encourages and maintains a healthy focus and spirit within the office and with trainees. Collaborates with all staff involved in training event in all facets of their work, providing support and suggestions for creating a productive and efficient work organization.
Duties will include but will not be limited to:

  • Working with Training Manager to develop and manage all logistical aspects of PST training site, including managing A/V and furniture needs for training sessions, coordinating venues for specific training events, coordinating travel schedule.
  • Maintaining training site computers and assisting other staff with their use and managing the computer network.
  • Working with office assistant with the preparation of materials for distribution to trainees.
  • Assisting Training Manager with purchasing and documentation of financial transactions including purchase/work orders, vouchers, reimbursements, etc.
  • Maintaining inventory of all equipment and resources issued to training staff; assess supply needs and procure and deliver supplies to staff and trainees as needed.
  • Preparing periodic reports as requested.

Requirements:

  • University degree in related fields
  • Previous experience in logistics, administration and network maintenance preferred
  • Proficient in Albanian and English language
  • Proficient computer skills (MS Office, Outlook, Network troubleshooting)
  • Ability to coordinate demanding logistics needs, including office, travel and conference/workshop logistics.
  • Ability to adopt, interact and work effectively in diverse work environment and team
  • Ability to think and work independently with little supervision
  • Personal integrity, strong cross-cultural skills, good interpersonal skills, and an ability to work in a busy and intense team environment are also required

Additional Requirements:

  • Candidate will need to pass a background/security clearance;
