Principal responsibilities
- Develop the revenue management strategy, process and systems
- Integrate and manage tools to analyze parking yield performance, deliver reporting, and make recommendations and changes to improve profitability
- Create promotions and explore new distribution opportunities
- Own the implementation of the pricing strategy
- Maintain distribution channel data integrity and manage all aspects of rate and inventory management
Qualifications and experience
- Good command of English language
- Excellent skills on using excel
- Critical to have a positive and can do approach along with ability to work with pace and urgency
- Strong communicator who will cut through jargon to understand the issues
- Previous experience is an advantage
