Dompé is a leading Italian biopharmaceutical company whose main focus is developing innovative treatment solutions for rare, often orphan, diseases. Based in Milan, Dompé has a major industrial and biotechnology research site in L’Aquila and a R&D unit in Naples. As part of its international development strategy, Dompé opened offices in USA, Spain, Germany and France. In 2015, a commercial office was opened in Tirana, where the Group markets its Primary Care product portfolio and where Dompé is looking for a ICT Officer – Permanent. Main responsibilities and tasks for the position

• Manage operational requests and assist in the escalated of support issues, working with diverse user groups
• Engage with various user groups to gather requirements, design solutions, implement and maintain the CRM solution and other Business applications
• Configures the CRM system to meet user needs and find solutions within the tool to best support business
• Support data migration of the latest generation of CRM Software
• Lead initiative for developing BI solutions/designs based on best practices, and by leveraging all available toolsets
• Ensures analytics reporting is delivered according to quality and time requirements and across devices merging all relevant data sources
• Point of contact in managing specific relationships with vendors involved in data aggregation, data reporting, CRM
• Maintains working relationships with functional teams, external and internal support teams

Requirements

• A degree in Economics/informatics or a comparable degree
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role
• Fluent English is required
• Experience as a Business Solutions administrator
• knowledge of Business intelligence tools and reporting tools (Power BI, Qlikview, Tableau, etc)
• Knowledge of databases and SQL a plus.
• Experience in sales in the Pharma industry (Desired)
• Good communication and organization skills
• Based in Albania
