Dompé is a leading Italian biopharmaceutical company whose main focus is developing innovative treatment solutions for rare, often orphan, diseases. Based in Milan, Dompé has a major industrial and biotechnology research site in L’Aquila and a R&D unit in Naples. As part of its international development strategy, Dompé opened offices in USA, Spain, Germany and France. In 2015, a commercial office opened in Tirana, where the Group markets its Primary Care product portfolio and where Dompé is looking for an ICT Officer. Main responsibilities and tasks for the position

• Analyze and understand the business needs for Supply Chain areas, Sales & Distribution, Procurement and Finance
• Support functional and technical resources
• Manage SAP outsourcing team on activity in realizing the specifications required, during change request development and release phase
• Ensure the correct solution implementation and the resolution of the problems for the reference functional areas
• Provide training and support to Users
• Monitoring of post roll-out issues and problem solving

Professional background:

• At least 4/5 years of experience in similar role
• Previous working experience in consulting company
• Experience in analysis, implementation and management of SAP ERP for Supply Chain areas, Sales & Distribution, Procurement and Finance
• Nice to have: Knowledge of S/4 Conversion and Migration Planning Service

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering/economy
• Fluency in English and Italian – written and spoken
• Excellent customer engagement skills with various types and groups of people
• Good team building skills including trust, professionalism, be able to garner consensus across diverse groups and in coordinating teams
• Ability to meet or exceed expectations and deadlines
• Good computer skills, including MS Office (Excel, Power Point)
• Based in Albania
• Availability to travel outside Albania
