Job Description:
Educational Centre Albania is an International Company with its presence in seven countries. The company is specialized in distributing international well known publishers and other educational services in Albania.
A new vacancy has been opened for a Financial Assistant .
with the following criteria.
Job Requirements:
Daily activities:
  • Financial Assistant Sales
    Daily activities:
    - Process invoices in financial (Financa5) and fiscal system.
    - Maintain updated records of invoices and contracts.
    - Record accounts receivable.
    - Update financial system with daily transactions in cash.
    - Prepare Export procedures and delivery of Packing list and documents.
    - Follow up with clients for the orders invoiced and make sure orders are received from them.
    - Prepare offers for clients after getting quotes from suppliers (after approved from Finance)
    - Credit Control for the clients in order to ensure payments are on track to be paid with the agreed terms.
    - Chasing customer’s overdue invoices and payments via telephone and email.

The ideal candidate fits the following profile:

A bachelor degree in Economic Faculty;
A minimum 3 years of relevant experience;
Possesses good communication skills
A working level of English –(CEFR – B2 Level) both written and spoken;
Advanced knowledge of MS Office – Excel
A fast learner with high self-initiative and learning desire;
Previous experience will be considered an advantage;
