A multinational Company, with a long-standing presence in Albania, is seeking for a Finance Manager.
Applicants must be able to supervise and direct the financial, accounting and tax aspects of the company, own and manage the company’s internal controls processes to safeguard company’s assets and procedures, undertake communication with the Group for all financial aspects.

Applicants must be able to supervise and direct the financial, accounting and tax aspects of the company, own and manage the company’s internal controls processes to safeguard company’s assets and procedures, undertake communication with the Group for all financial aspects.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing financial information and reporting to stakeholders
- Responsible for the smooth operation of all accounting related activities
- Monthly reports preparation and submission- IFRS
- Support cash management
- Liaising with external auditors
- Prepare and Supervise all Local Statements submitted to Authorities (Financial, Tax etc)
- University level-Bachelor in Finance degree
- Experience for 5-7 years in Finance
- Very Good Knowledge of Accounting Principles, Local Tax Regulations
- English – Fluent (written & spoken)
- Strong Work Ethic / Integrity
- Proactive with great interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with team members and stakeholders
- Prepared to be hands-on
