Fraud, Risk & Information Security Analyst
Job purpose: To participate in the successful implementation of the mission, strategy and objectives of Vodafone Albania & Fraud , Risk , & Security Management. To ensure that Vodafone Albania systems and networks are properly configured to prevent unauthorised disclosure of information and capable to withstand attacks aiming to compromise information integrity and availability.
Main job accountabilities
·To participate in the creation and maintenance of a powerful Technical Information Security management system (ISO 27001).
·To perform risk assessments in order to identify any relative security/ fraud risks, threats, propose corrective actions, follow up or participate in their implementation as necessary in order to maintain effective security and telecommunication fraud prevention and or detection controls and best practices.
·Administration and maintenance of the LIS platform, including out of working hours.
·To assist in the improvement of Vodafone’s Information Security Management and Fraud Prevention & Detection Systems both at local and global level.
·To assist in the identification and establishment of effective strategies and controls for preventing and detecting all information security threats / risks according to ISO 27001 Information Security Management Standard.
·Perform information security assessments and fraud/risk assessments. Follow-up findings of any internal and/or external audit, risk assessments, penetration tests, as required, as well as any security and/or fraud investigation.
·To investigate and monitor fraud/ security incidents and create reports on incident basis.
·To review Business & Technical specification documents or contracts from Information Security & Fraud Management point of view.
·To promote awareness of any information security, confidentiality, telecommunication fraud prevention and detection issue.
·To monitor security, vulnerability and incident reports posted by vendors and independent organisations (CERT, NIST etc).
·To produce configuration and operation guidelines in order to strengthen information security.
·Cooperate closely with Group Fraud team in Fraud Detection/ Prevention related projects.
·To propose and define Information Security & Fraud Management requirements for new services and/or computer networks/systems/applications.
·Participate in new projects according to the requirements of FR & IS Analyst role and responsibilities.
Profile Requirements
·University degree in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering and IT
·Good knowledge of Unix System Administration (HP- UX, Solaris, Linux Red Hat)
·Good knowledge of computer applications, operating systems (Windows, UNIX etc), database administration (knowledge of Oracle Database is mandatory), programming in SQL and computer networks.
·3 years of relative professional experience, preferably Unix System Administration
·Knowledge and experience on main LAN and WAN data network technologies
·Knowledge of telecom networks (including GSM, GPRS etc)
·Excellent knowledge of both Albanian and English language (oral and written).
·Very good communication and team working skills.
·Very good investigation, analysis and reporting skills.
·Confidant (trusted to access confidential and/or personal records).
