Profesionisti Recruitment Agency on behalf of one of our clients, is looking for a potential candidate for the position of Marketing Director. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, establishing and maintain marketing strategies to meet the company objectives.

Duties and Responsibility:
• Develops, applies and supervises the approved marketing strategies.
• Identification of specific market segments and development of communication strategies for each of the segments.
• Develops and manages marketing budget and ensures the delivery of all marketing activities within agreed budget and time.
• Lead media coverage, updates company Web and other online applications related to the presence of company in the marketing viewpoint.
• Developing new/innovative ways of growing sales.
• Manage sales process for continuous improvement, and optimize website to increase traffic.
• Produce and analyze reports of effectiveness of digital media tactics.
• Design and implement social media initiatives to drive customer acquisition.
• Other Duties as Assigned.

Qualifications and Skills:
Education: Master’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
Experience: 5+ years of marketing experience. 1+ years of experience in a marketing agency environment.

• Have knowledge of a wide range of marketing techniques and concepts.
• Think creatively.
• Be proactive and able to take the initiative.
• Have a good business awareness.
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
• Knows how technology should be effectively leveraged.
• Effectively drives the organization to apply new solutions to improve company performance.
• Deep experience of digital media, planning and buying, marketing, advertising, and/or technology, and an inactive interest in how digital innovation is driving change.
• High developed interpersonal, team building, and relationship management skills.
• Effective communication, presentation, influencing, and negotiation skills.
• Strong organizational skills.

Competencies:
• Strategic thinking, ability to identify a vision along with the plans which need to be implemented to meet the end goal.
• Self-motivated with a high level of initiative and a sense of urgency.
