AlbChrome Internship Program
Company Profile: Balfin Group is among the largest private investment groups in Albania The Group`s investment portfolio embraces activities of real estate development, retail sales, commercial and industrial space management services, mining and metallurgy industry, customer financing, etc.
AlbChrome is an affiliate of Balfin Group operating in the sector of Mining Industry.
The Finance Internship program gives college students or/and graduated students practical, on-the-job experience in a business environment. The time spent as an intern lets the student evaluate AlbChrome Sh.P.K for future employment, just as it lets AlbChrome Sh.P.K evaluate the intern as a future employee. During internship, a student receives evaluations based on his or her performance and overall contribution to the organization. AlbChrome will use these evaluations as a basis for future hiring consideration.
Internship Candidates
Candidates for internships are typically full-time students currently enrolled at a college or university who are pursuing an undergraduate or a graduate degree in a field of study that supports AlbChrome business objectives.
Summary of the Internship Human Resources Program:
In the role of HR Intern, you will work directly with the HR Manager, supporting HR initiatives to increase organizational effectiveness and business performance. You'll have the opportunity to assist the HR team with recruiting, projects, various administrative tasks and support the HR department's daily activities. If you're looking for the opportunity to apply your talents, learn the HR role from the ground up, and demonstrate your enthusiasm!
Required Qualifications:
Working to obtain a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant psychology or business major such as business administration, human resource management, organization development, organizational behavior, or industrial-organizational psychology.
Previous internship experience or office environment work experience preferred.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and maintain a high degree of confidentiality
Excellent written/verbal communication skills
Demonstrated critical thinking skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, monitor and complete multiple tasks or projects, either independently and with a team.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite Skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Ability to work at least 25 hours per week
Very good knowledge of English language
