SALES REPRESENTATIVES / MERCHANDISERS
for the following regions:
South Albania, Central Albania, North Albania
Fier Tirana Shkoder
The selected representatives will be responsible for sales and merchandising in their region in order to achieve company goals and specific targets.
Main Responsibilities
• Ensure company sales promotion, image building and brand awareness in appropriate channel,
through development and implementation of plans and concepts in line with company strategy
aiming at achieving sales targets.
• Plans and implement field visits in outlets in line with prepared route plans, approved by superior.
• Prepare reports and analysis of TM activities.
• Participate in development of TM materials.
• Realize regular contacts and build good business relations with retailers.
• Participate in partner concepts development.
Key position requirements
• Minimum of a secondary education.
• 1 up to 3 years working experience in sales and distribution, preferably in international company
and FMCG industry.
• Knowledge of the market and sales channels.
• Enthusiastic and dedicated to the work and the work load.
• Good planning and analytical skills, precise and quick in response.
• Communication skills and ability to work within a team.
• Driving license and ability to travel often.
• Foreign languages English language – intermediate.
• Computer skills: MS Office – literate.
