• Analyzing clients' needs and requests.
• Direct the client towards personalized products and services.
• Provide customer care assistance and detailed information.
• Elaborate and develop data in real time.
What you’ll need :
• Excellent knowledge of English Language (written and spoken).
• Previous work experience in customer relation.
• Previous work experience related to the Canadian market would be an asset.
• Good ICT knowledge (PC, word processing, CRM, spreadsheet).
• Degree (Preferable)
