Job Description:
- Provide our customers with the best deals
- Handle international customers specially US, Europe
- Offer prompt, accurate and courteous service to customers
- Respond to client questions, concerns and billing enquiries with highest degree of professionalism
- Secure new client sales and retention by providing exceptional customer care
- Should have minimum 1-year experience in Customer Service
- Should be a strong team player.
- Should have excellent communication and writing skills.
- Should have practical help desk or customer support experience.
- Payment of 3 euro net/hour.
- Possibility to work full time and part time.
- Employment agreement based on the Albanian law.
