IuteCredit Albania is a subsidiary of an International consumer credit company that started its operations in Albania in 2015. It aims to be the fastest and the most comfortable credit provider in Albania, through easy access and very simple application process in every interaction of the customer with IUTE CREDIT.
Since this role is the interface of the company with the customer, its position is crucial for the business and for offering an extraordinary customer experience.
We are looking for the position of Customer Advisor, to join our team in Back Office, in order to offer extraordinary experience in all channels of communication.

Job Duties :


  • Providing detailed information to customers through communication channels and social media of IuteCredit Albania (inbound, Facebook, Instagram, whatsapp, e-mail),
  • Clarifying requested information such as: details for the loan and repayments, orientation of the branch’ locations, payment channels, information of all products etc,
  • Clarifying and escalating unsolved issues with the clients by providing alternative solutions on daily frequency,
  • Submitting new applications, explaining new features in daily frequency by offering new loans (cash, product) to closed and active customers,
  • Updating or writing every important information needed to be read by all users in system of IuteCredit Albania, for all the customer (active/inactive customers),
  • Reporting and giving feedback for the communication channels,
  • Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed,
  • Reporting directly to HR & CX Director,

Knowledge, skills required :

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
  • Love to interact in Social Media,
  • Ability to multitask in a very dynamic environment,
  • Customer satisfaction orientation and sales competencies,
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment and be a self-starter,
  • Ability to react to stressful situations with professionalism while remaining calm,
  • Must be tolerant of all personality types of customers, employees and others,
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft office package,

Education/ Experience :

  • Minimum Bachelor degree,
  • 1 year of employment experience in customer service companies would be considered advantage,
  • Very good command of English language,
