Duties & Responsibilities
- Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media and all related sources
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/universities etc.
- Screen candidates resumes and job applications
- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
- Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
- Build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
Skills & Qualifications
- Proven work experience as a Recruiter
- Solid ability to conduct as individual as well as group interviews
- Familiarity with HR databases
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented
- Strong decision-making skills
- Excellent English language skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements
- Excellent English language skills
