Utilizing the technical know-how and sales expertise, excellent customer service skills and passion for technology, this role will deliver through his team exceptional and innovative business solutions, which will be intrinsic to the enhancement of business capabilities of our business customer base.
Drive the customer experience by proposing and implementing technologically advanced solutions initiatives that will generate new revenue streams and increase our customer attachment to Vodafone Albania.
Have a strong understanding of the dynamics of having new customers joining Vodafone Albania, understanding their external drivers, business objectives and internal challenges in order to ensure the team is able to be proficient at developing a comprehensive solution going beyond voice solutions

Key accountabilities and decision ownership:
1. Market & Industry Knowledge
• Be fully knowledgeable of company products and services as well as industry developments in order to secure company’s competitive advantage in the market.
• Coordinate and work conferences/trade shows as needed based on input from market.
• Build and maintain relationships with important customers and stakeholders in order to keep higher management up to date with market dynamics and maximize sales/revenue.
• Lead the team in the development of strategic solutions based on industry trending and customer analysis, and continuous study of assigned accounts’ industry, business challenges and trends.
2. Analytics & Reporting
• Manage and maintain responsibility for all financial, budget, and sales reporting and management.
• Lead group performance by managing key metrics.
• Generate monthly operations review reports to EBU Director marking achievement progression towards quarterly targets.
• Analyse and notice trends on overall revenue, customer base movements and experience KPIs to then take containment/growth actions.
• Provide updates to EBU Director, including progress, risks and resolutions.
3. Leadership & Management
• Plan and execute go-to-market strategies and product placements to position Vodafone Albania enterprise for further growth.
• Ensure that the enterprise customers are treated with the highest levels of courtesy and professionalism.
• Nurture a customer-focused sales culture that drives first-class customer experiences.
• Manage, assess and track team performance.
• Inspire and motivate your team through ongoing development, training, and coaching.
• Manage talent development
• Assess individuals and team performance and initiate developmental plans to narrow competency gaps.
• Pre-empt disruptive occurrences within and outside department in order to ensure flawless running of daily activity.
• Ensure all activities are applied in line with company targets and overall activities.
• Ensure inter-departmental cooperation towards company’s common goals.
4. Knowledge
• Have a complete technical understanding of and ability to articulate and demonstrate our products and value proposition.
• Educate and excite customers about our innovative business solutions.
• Demonstrates knowledge of the company's entire product package.
• Continuous training to understand company, market, and industry trends.
5. Deliver Results
• Develop key strategic innovative solutions that increase market and revenue share.
• Ensure the team meets and exceeds assigned goals continuously.
• Achieve budget KPIs within a given fiscal year.
• Deliver on all other quantitative and qualitative KPIs as set in the budget with focus on annual target achievement.

Core competencies, knowledge and experience:
• University degree preferably in technical or business informatics and with a master degree in management
• In-depth understanding of IoT, Fixed and Cloud technologies and high-level knowledge in other information technologies market.
• Have proven experience in dealing with B2B customers for at least 3 years and proven leadership management skills
• Excellent ability to understand & communicate complex business and technical subjects to both management and technical audiences.
• Very good presentation, analytical &intrapersonal skills
• A very good command of written and spoken English is essential
• Driving license
