Basic requirements:
- Proven experience related to each job positions.
- Other experience might include any customer-focused work such as catering, bar or retail work.
- Proficiency in English level. language. Another language (Italian/German) would be a plus.
- A friendly personality, with a genuine desire to help and please others
- Excellent customer service skills as well as a business mindset
- The ability to think clearly and make quick decisions
- Flexibility and a 'can do' mentality
- Energy and patience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially when dealing with speakers of other languages
