Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring of the technical infrastructure and applications
  • Verification and qualification of incidents by defined application checks
  • Remedy of the incident based on the instructions
  • Documentation of all incidents in the ticket system (Scout, OTRS)
  • Communication in German / English via Mail / SMS / Telephone
