Logistic and Supply Specialist

Purpose of position:

'Responsible for Sales warehouse and consumable warehouse and fuel supply. Prepare the request that comes from the division to those warehouse and supplies materials according to request to destination company cars.




Main Duties

  • Store, stack, or palletize materials in accordance with prescribed storage methods, rearrange and take inventory of stored materials, examine stored materials and report deterioration and damage, remove material from storage and preparing it for shipment;
  • Defining the dimensions of the problems involved, collect the necessary data to establish the facts, and take or recommend action based on application or interpretation of established guidelines;
  • Enter information into the Warehouse Management System as required;
  • Route materials to prescribed storage locations;
  • Report discrepancies and obvious damages;
  • Check and verify incoming goods against invoices or other documents, inform respective department and procurement to incoming of the materials;

Skills

  • Microsoft office, SAP system MM Inventary Management;
  • Good command of English Language;
  • Collaborative and team working
  • Able to handle and work under stress and pressure situations;
  • Excellent Communication Skills,
  • Availability to work overtime when is needed;

Experience

  • At least 3 years of previous work experience

Education

  • University Degree
