Job Function:
The main purpose of this job is to ensure the customer receives the highest quality of services. To
assist the operational running of the bar and ensure that staff are fulfilling their duties to the best
of their abilities
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for achieving and maintaining the standards in the whole Bar, Lounge and Terrace Area
- Responsible for the proper daily Mise-en-place, serving and preparing beverages according to the menu (and drinks recipes)
- Classifying, leading and motivating the waiters
- Preparing drink orders in cooperation with the Bar Staff
- Controlling the delivery of goods to the bar area, responsible for their proper storage
- Responsible for the careful handling of all beverage and food equipment used at the bar area
- Responsible for a professional and standardized service of drinks or foods in the Bar
- Responsible for a proper hygiene, cleanliness and order in the Bar, Lounge and Terrace Area
- Continuous training and instruction of waiters
- Proper welcoming of all guests in the Bar, Lounge and Terrace Area
- Responsible for the monthly bar inventories
- Assisting and collaborating with other Department’s as needed
Skills and Other Requirements:
- Leadership mentality and experience
- Outgoing, friendly, warm and hospitable personality
- Responsible individual who is success, quality and revenue oriented
- Fluently English and Albanian verbal and written (additional language German or Italian are definitely a plus)
- MICROS (software) knowledge
- A willingness and ability to serve our demanding clientele
