Pragmatic Software kerkon nje developer & support person qe do te punoje direct per nje kompani ne USA per zhvillimin dhe mirembajtjen e komponenteve ne fushen e finances. Kandidatet duhet te plotesojne kriteret me poshte:
- Written and spoken English should be as close to perfect as possible since the person will need to communicate directly with both the clients and the processors we work with.
- Communication skills.
- Excellent knowledge of software development best practices
- Detail oriented. Someone who doesn’t get bored from taking a 500 page specifications document and going through it with a “fine toothed comb”.
- Work ethic
- Long term stability – someone who is happy living and working in Tirana
