About Us:
2RM Lab is start-up company working of accounting software and other productivity tools.
We are trying to build a world class company from scratch.
Our senior staff has an accounting and IT experience serving to accounting software solutions.
Our customers select us for high integrity and customized customer service.

Selecting technology that is for long term for our customers and our clients is on of our visions.
We are focused at the solution of the problems and not just passing it from one to another.
Being a part of our team you would be:
Work closely together with your team's Product Manager and UX designers
Have an eye for good UX
Put team goals before personal goals
Making sure our operations run smoothly with the least amount of bugs
Helping determine what product improvements should be made
Fully autonomous in your day to day decisions in order to hit the companies semi-monthly & quarterly goals
Documenting code for other members of our distributed team to read through
Your Work Experience:
A university degree in computer sciences
Rich experience in software engineering, testing, and quality assurance
Successful past roles as a software engineer on complex projects
Expertise in agile development methods and techniques
Knowledge of continuous integration tools and techniques
Knowledge with SaaS concepts
You're comfortable working in:
Java & JavaFx
Relational databases
HTML5, CSS3
JavaScript
Desktop Applications
Financial Software (preferable)
This role is one youd probably want because you:
Want ownership of a company and not being a cog in the wheel
Want to help decide what should be done, not just given tasks
Like interacting with the people you build software for whether that be a co-worker or a customer
Want to work at a rapidly growing startup.
This is for you if:
You are disciplined, a problem solver and arent afraid to ask for help
Youve coded, designed or solved operational projects in your personal time. (Contribute to Dribbble, Github, or write blogs)
You are flexible about filling in other roles - every person the team does customer service for 1 week per year.

Salary: Our salary formula adjusts to your role and experience.
Learning & Development stipend: To encourage our teammates to be their best selves, we offer a small stipend for any course or training theyd like to do.
Vacation: Our only policy is that you give yourself a break regularly enough. For some, that's a couple days a month and for others, it's a few weeks a year.
Health Insurance: We cover half of your Health Insurance starting your first day of full employment.
Working Hours: Regardless of where you are in the world, as long as youre online for our semi-monthly sprint meeting - you can work the hours of your choice.
