[h=2]Job responsibilities[/h]· Salesforce Administrator Consultant
o Using Salesforce and the Salesforce Platform Administrative tools.
[h=2]Requirements, skills and experience:[/h][h=3]Mandatory:[/h]Minimum of 1+ year of experience with the Salesforce platform: At least 1-year experience working with the Salesforce Platform, both point-and-click tools and coding.
SObjects and Data Modeling: Good understanding of Data Modeling and how SObjects work in Salesforce.
Process Builders, Workflows, Visual Flows: Experience with Process Builder, Workflows and Visual Flows in Salesforce.
Validation Rules, Formula Fields: Must have a good understanding of Validation Rules, how formula fields work.
Salesforce security: Basic knowledge in salesforce security and managing data access in Salesforce.
Reports and Dashboards: Good knowledge and versatility in creating Reports and Dashboards in Salesforce.
Data Manipulation / Data Import + Export: Experience in data manipulation and data import and export, using tools like dataloader.io.
Data Migration: Good practical knowledge with data migration in Salesforce.
Good technical documentation: Understanding Clients Requirements and translating them into formulated tech specs implementable in Salesforce.
CRM: Must have a good knowledge of how CRMs work in general, how the sales processes work. Must have a good grasp of typical business logic used in CRMs and typical business scenarios that are solved by CRMs.
MVC: Must have a good concept of how MVC works as an architectural pattern. Basic experience with building either VisualForce pages, some Apex custom implementations, and working with SOQL either in Apex or from the Salesforce Workbench is a good advantage.
Fluent in English.
[h=3]Optional:[/h]Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud: Experience with Sales/Service/Marketing Cloud in Salesforce is an advantage.
Unit Testing: Basic experience with Unit testing in Apex is a good advantage.
Lightning Framework: Basic knowledge of Lightning framework in Salesforce.
Salesforce Admin or Developer certificates: Certificates like Admin 1, Admin 2, App Builder, etc are a good advantage.
Cloud platform knowledge: General knowledge on cloud platforms is an added value.
