RECRUITMENT SPECIALIST

SUMMARY:
Makes sure that staff and personnel request process is completed in order to meet the human resource need of the country under his responsibility. Issues announcements on the relevant career portals and/or internal communication portals and reaches the suitable candidates through different channels in line with the sufficiency of the candidate resources.
Evaluates the applications in compliance with the expected job descriptions and criteria.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:



  • Works in coordination with the relevant department manager for the suitable candidates. Implements evaluation processes/makes sure that they are implemented in accordance with the procedures (Sends the results of General Talent Exam and Personality Inventory to Evaluation and Development Centre together with the results of Competency Based Interview)
  • The printouts of the Behavioral Evaluation processes about the candidate (Competency, Simplicity, Talent) sent by Evaluation and Development Centre Unit are shared with the manager of the relevant unit.
  • Checks references of the positive candidates after agreeing on them with the relevant manager and submits the job offer to the candidates.
  • Completes the necessary data entries of the entry and exit modules of the human resources program.
  • Follows up the completion process of the entry documents.
  • Follows up the probation process of the new employees, sends evaluation survey to the relevant managers before the probation period and takes actions in line with their results.
  • Makes exit interviews and makes necessary reporting to head office.
  • Comes together with operations teams for organizational needs and determines the needs in the relevant positions.
  • Implements the promotion evaluation processes to all the candidates in his own country on time and in a correct way in accordance with the procedure, in line with the plan in the promotion training programs announced by the head office in order to meet the needs in the country under his responsibility.
  • Provides the necessary coordination with the evaluation process of the candidates between the relevant units and people.
  • Makes regular field visits within the scope of employee relations activities in the country/countries under his responsibility, listens to the employees, determines the needs, organizes the activities required within the knowledge of country manager and head office and takes development actions to make contribution to employee commitment & satisfaction.
  • Carries out feedback, warning, notice and all discipline process activities in accordance with memoranda, procedures and country laws determined by LC Waikiki headquarters, provides information about the use of feedback screens and supports the spreading of the process in the field.
  • Carries out the exit process when necessary, follows up the relevant approval processes in the terminations made by the company together with HR Business Partner and completes the approval processes.
  • Makes the exit interview with all the employees who resign with a suitable form and reports it.
  • To open announcements on the career and internal communication portals so that headquarters and store positions in the countries under his responsibility recruit personnel in accordance with the determined permanent staff plan and position requirements of the headquarters and store positions, evaluate the incoming applications, determine the suitable candidates in coordination with the department manager and make recruitment transactions
  • "To determine position needs so that career management of the employees in the country stores under his responsibility are carried out according to the standards, carry out the promotion programs in his country in compliance with the annual internal promotion training program calendar, evaluate the applications and share the evaluation result with the relevant persons
  • To carry out and develop employee relations activities, discipline processes and exit steps in the head offices and stores of the country/countries under his responsibility

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIRED SKILLS

Education: University Degree;

Work experience: At least 5 years work experience in similar positions, or in policy formulation, in the development and implementation of new strategies and procedures for recruitment or in HR functions;

Skills:

  • High level of responsibility
  • Effective management of time
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, verbal and written professional communication (Communicates with people with a behavior that shows, sensitivity, tact and professionalism.);
  • Ability to communicate and interact with executives and employees at all levels;
  • Ability to control and conduce, professional staff appraisals, staff training and development initiatives;
  • Ability to use automated human resource systems;
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills;
